  the woman in middle is reporter susanna päivärinta and the lady at right is josefina pakomaa who was abused by family friend - a jw - when she was 11. a vicious apostate today.

  at today's wt study about child baptism, someone commented and she pointed to the picture of the little girl playing with her teddy bear.

  she said, 'she may be looking at her bear and thinking about getting to play with bears in the new system.

  her parents notice this, and they decide since it's real to her she may be ready for baptism.

  If a teenager JW wants to date a girl, even a JW girl, all the congregation, the elders, the watchtower, the GB will say that dating is the way to marriage and it's a such an important decision that must not be taken without thinking twice.

  If a KID wants to be baptized (subjecting themselves to disfellowshiping in the future) they say it's totally normal and they should go on.

  This cult can't get more shameful.

  New brochure about donations.

  in this midweek meeting the local needs was a booooring speech about the new brochure on donations.

  the wt must think the jws are dying to know how to give their money.. well, it's not new this is disgusting but this time, after i ve been slightly hinting people here and there for a year about the 'abnormal request of money' and remind them that 'the faithful slave wasn't like that until some time ago', this time i saw their faces.

  they did get bothered with that talk.

  every bible book pretty much was applied to the “anointed remnant “.

  if a prophet blew his nose it was a fulfillment of a future deed done by the “anointed”.. have they stopped this nonsense?

  They said it indeed. But right after it they also said that the way Jesus shared the multiplied bread (handing to the disciples and then, the disciples handing to the people) was foreseeing the way He would feed people spiritually today (The GB bulshit).

  Stephane, it's so shameful that the GB does whatever it takes to supress the love the JW may show. Venezuela is falling apart, a lot of immigrants (JW included of course) are seeking refuge in Brazil, and it's clearly a great oportunity for showing christian love towards these people, so what the GB says?

  "Brothers, do NOT send money or food or clothes for anybody in the borders or any immigrant. If you want to help them, send your money to the Worldwide Work and we will direct it to our brothers in need."

  It's shameful!

  Who wants to place bets on when they'll introduce tithing?

  With all the letters? I think never. But it's clearly that there was change in the policy of requesting money since three years ago, and it's increasing how often they do it. I think that's what's gonna happen, begging more and more AND still boasting that they are different from the other religions that (at least not hiding) do tithing.

  Well, it's not new this is disgusting but THIS time, after I ve been slightly hinting people here and there for a year about the 'abnormal request of money' and remind them that 'the Faithful Slave wasn't like that until some time ago', this time I saw their faces. They did get bothered with that talk. My mother who knows all my concerns told me that in the field service next day everyone were talking about the brochure and how they think it is unnecessary.

  Who needs apostates when you have a GB like this?

  Heb. 1:2-3 Proof we should worship Jesus?

  jw.org believes that jesus is not god but a separate entity.

  let's go with that for the time being.

  in the referenced scriptures the writer of hebrews says that jesus "sustains all things by the word of his power" and has been "appointed heir of all things".

  The problem with the Trinity concept is that is just like any other WT madeup belief( like earth paradise, or 144.000)

  Is there scriptures that indicates this? Yes.

  Does the general context indicate this? No.

  Would it be nice if it did? Yes.

  Pre 2000 magazines now on JW Org- have there been alterations to the originals?

  So if you have conservative hounders on the body you will probably not experience any upward mobility in privileges .

  The problem is that if they are not conservative they don't get to become a "hounder".
